I know this is a stupid question but i was just wondering if anyone else had seen this before...
I saw a montego blue 3rd gen, with a TAN dash. I never thought 3rd gens came like that. All of the ones ive seen including mine are black.And i know for sure it wasnt painted or anything.

i believe the 93s had tan interior, not the dash, but the carpet, seats, door panels, back panels. maybe the guy just wanted a totally tan interior.

 

Thats interesting... The pics of the Tan Interior in the 93 brochures have a black dash... The owner probably had to do something to it. I dont think I would want a tan dash anyway... Give me black anyday...

 

Let me tell u that tan dash was horrible. Black looks perfect but this thing was tan. All except for the part where the gauges are at. I remember it was a 93 cuz it had no airbag but all of that up until where the plastic from the gauge cluster meets that sorda vinly material, it was tan. pretty weird huh?

Totally wierd and NOT factory! All the factory dashes were(are) BLACK - even on the red and tan interiors

 

most people want to go all black, maybe he just figured it'd be easy to just do the dash and go all tan...hope he doesn't plan on selling it

 

I heard that somewhere else too... Maybe someone got a hold of a prototype?
