T88 Kit! Crazy Price?

Hey guys just surfing and came across this. I was wondering if it a good price. Sorry if I am in the wrong section just curious. T88 http://www.i-m-racing.com/grt88situkit.html

Also I know Re Amemiya uses the 25g Sized Turbine in his cars. So I was wondering why I never hear any talks about the 20g turbine. Maybe someone can enlighten me on the differences. Long term 400 Rwhp is perfect for me....

Good price on the T-88 kit IMHO, too much lag though.

TD06 in RE-Amemiya cars hummmmm thats news to me since they like the TD07 ALOT for some odd reason.

TD06-20G and 18G of course being the smallest. The 25G I heard was made a lot better then the others plus if you use a TD06 on any FD IMHO its no good, but on an FC is really nice for drag and a little drift since there is hardly any lag.

Its late plus I have a splitting headache, so read slow and maybe it will make sense..

Recently I've seen TD-07s being used too. A T88 is a very large turbo and not the best choice for a street-driven 13B. It'll take a while to spool, and the engine will really only spin under boost above 4000 rpm or even higher than that. You'll need to run some serious rubber and make sure the car is pointed straight when it does boost, however.

It comes down to a matter of preference. I've owned numerous of cars from 500 ci Cadillac Coupe DeVilles to 1.3L FD's. My preference is the FD, but I miss the instant torque of high displacement, and I'm impatient when waiting for full boost, no matter how little time it takes. Again, personal preference.
