Symptom - idle hunting in neutral but not when A/C on OR parking lights on OR fan on
Ok - there is some idle hunting when the car is in neutral (sometimes when in gear) BUT not if
1/ the A/C is on
2/ fans turned to 3 or more
3/ parking lights on
The idle then seems to smooth itself out. Why would fans engaging smooth out the idle??
So..what's the story? The UIM was off for work done on solenoids a while ago. I have not had anyone check for leaks yet but am wondering why the car's idle changes with the situations above?
Diagnosis and treatment welcomed
Ah yes...and the fabled MAP sensor seems to be connected ok.

The E L switch is in effect when the fans ,lights are on . The electric load switch is in the kick panel above the ECU. it speeds up the idle when the alternater is under a load. Turn off all loads and try adjusting the air adjustment screw under the air horn on the throttle body .

I had the same symptoms when i took & cleaned my injectors... so i played around with the air adjustment and it just went away...
but sometimes during a hard run, it will start again... could it be a loose selenoid? i know my boost isnt perfect... just didnt have the time to look into it...
