Question Switching Solenoid and Pressure Sensor related somehow??

I pulled the check engine code and got a code 13 = pressure sensor and code 54 = airpump, but the airpump and relay has been removed. So i check the voltage for the sensor and it's fine. I even switched out the sensor and the ecu and i still end up pulling the same code. I decided to remove the pressure sensor connector and I still get code 13 but now i also get a code 32 = switching solenoid. I did place a restistor in there. are these two things related in anyway as in do they affect each others performance? can anyone tell me what's going on? cause i'm clueless. thanks
