CA Swap USDM gauge faces for 02' faces possible?

I was wondering if anyone has tried swapping their USDM gauge faces out for the JDM 02' white faces? I have both cluster but I'd like to retain MPH speedo and my original odometer.

Search on this, I have found how to re-calibrate a KPH gauge to MPH, how to swap your odometer chip, and more.

Trying to swap the FACES is SUPER hard since you have to pull the needles. That's a very fast way to end up with a paperweight.

Universal Speedometer Signal Interface

If you are willing to overlook the kmh printed on the speedometer, you can calibrate it so when the gauge points to 40 (kmh), you are actually running 40 mph.

I have a 2002 gauge in my RX7. Runs perfect. Nice thing about this is the odometer also turns as miles instead of kilometers.

You don't need one of those interfaces. You can adjust the speedo itself so it matches, there's a potentiometer on the speedo that will let you easily adjust it.

You do have to do some soldering to get the odometer to read and display in MPH. Even if you recal the cluster so it is showing 40 "kph" but you're actually doing 40 MPH, the odometer will still think you're moving in KPH and will roll up much faster.
