Suspension?

My suspension is pretty much stock, im thinking about buying Racing Beat springs, how much does that lower the car? and what else do i need with the springs? do you guys recomend me getting springs for stock suspension FD?

I had rb springs installed a few weeks ago.I am running 235x40x18 up front,and 265x35x18 rear.It looks like its at least 2 inches lower than stock.No rubbing except going to fast over speed bumps.It rides as smooth as stock,i am very pleased with my choice.
