well, as the posts states, I have a touring model, and the sunroof opens fine, but has serious issues closing. I'm not sure how the mechanism works, but it sounds like a belt slips when I try to close it. I have to pull it closed from the roof in order to get it to grip, then the thing closes. Sometimes it doesn't even go, and I have to hold the button down and it takes forever, then finally by some miracle of chance it happens to grab and closes. Is there a way to fix this? I know the motor that opens and closes it still works, because I can hear it working when I hold the button down, but its obviously not gripping. Anyhow, fix suggestions appreciated.

If something squeaks, and doesn't move properly, most people would figure out that you need to add some lubrication
