Curious - will the 94 glass moonroof interchange with the 93 steel panel ? What I mean is - the steel panel can be removed using 4 nuts and you lift it off ( after removing the vinyl panel ). Will the glass moonroof mount in it's place the same way ?

I have never looked close enough to these glass roofs before

No, I dont think they will. I have both. I unbolted the whole assembly and just put the glass one in. But it might.

Need to know for sure - don't want to strip out the entire headliner again.

I just pulled the steel one out using the 4 nuts, and dropped the glass panel in, no problems.

It should, I have both and have interchanged them. There's nothing special from the factory about the glass one as it fit in the same hole and the steel one from the same year and the holes were the same size form year to year (my steel panel was off a 93) I have the 94 with glass roof panel.
