No spark? Help.

Hey guys I finally got back into the rotary scene and got a stock 93 rx7. Was running fine until now. A few days ago while I was driving the car just started to die after I got on it really good. It felt like I had ran out of gas. I thought I blew the engine. The engine is rebuilt so I didn't understand how that happened. Anyways I ran a compression check and compression is great. I've tried cranking and it keeps flooding itself. I changed the plugs and wires and still the same so a few hours ago I took one plug out and touched it against a metal nut to see if it sparked. Nothing on all four spark plugs. What would cause this? I apologize I would search but Im not at my house and have to use dial up. I would really appreciate any advice/help. Thanks!

well, if you dont have spark on any of the four plugs it isn't your coils or wires obviously. Look at your ignitor and ignition wiring. are you running an hksk twinpower?

I had this EXACT same problem. It ended up being my STOCK ECU crapped out due to the modifications I have. I ended up replacing ALL my ignition stuff before I narrowed it down to the ECU.

BORROW a ECU from someone to rule that out now.

Then if its not that, check your grounding harness for the coils. There might be something wrong with it. And check the ignitor. It's not going to be a problem with your coils because they ALL will NOT shut off at the same time. The chances of ALL your coils shutting off at the exact same time is almost the same odds of winning the lottery.
