A suggestion for one of the above stickies?

Just a suggestion, as I'm wondering if this might help some people...

I think that the mods should look into renaming johnny's "newbies/others please use search..." sticky to "IF YOU'RE LOOKING INTO BUYING A 3RD GEN RX-7 OR MODIFYING YOUR STOCK FD, YOU'D BETTER READ THIS FIRST". To me, the current title doesn't attract enough attention from people who could get the vast majority of their questions answered before they post a new thread about "should I buy an FD" or "what turbo should I buy to get 500hp?"

A thread should also be created (or found) that informs those individuals interested in going single turbo on the ground rule basics of what to expect, what they'll need, and how much it will probably all cost.

Again, just a suggestion.

We talked about this before... Honestly, I don't think it will help. New users will still not see it. It's kind of like the search function. Some people just know when they go to a internet forum, they can search for answers before they post. All forums have a search function (not all of them are working ), but those people just don't even think before they post. It would be the same problem with the Newbie sticky renamed. They just won't look for it.

As far as the single turbo stuff, just do what most of us do, point them to this thread:

Nothing is going to help the people that don't want to help themselves no matter what we do....
