i dont think i saw this mentioned but i know that some models came with a black TB elbow and some came in silver

Yeah, the 93's came with a silver elbow and the 94 and 95 had black ones.

the updated engine mounts are also just normal rubber, the early ones are liquid filled.

also the front upper control arm bushings on the 93's are setup so the arm can slide forward and back, but they clunk so the later cars just have normal bushings.

94+ spindles give you more caster

From where I'm stationed on planet earth the seats and rails are the same I'm guessing your senses have been abnormally heightened regarding this seat thing

However some people weigh more breaking the seats in a little deeper and others may have cut out some padding because they are tall or they just wanted to sit lower.

It's not too hard. I did a good portion of mine by adding rubber weatherstripping (about $2 per roll, home depot) at the mating edges of every trim panel. It's invisible, but it makes everything feel SO much better. I still have a bit more of the car to do, but it is definately worth the $10 or so.
