stuttering

Ok, I live in oregon and the weather is turning cold and my 93 is my daily driver, for right now, well when the weather is cold outside even if my car is warmed up the car stutters but it only stutters at about 5% throttle and it is at any rpm. If i give it 50% throttle it runs great. and at wot i get perfect boost pattern. I was thinking it wasnt getting enough fuel but it only happens when it is really cold outside. If anyone could help that would be great. Thanks alot

shouldn't have anything to do with cold weather, any car will run better in cold weather, especially a twin turbo intercooled car...

adjust your idle, check your A/F ratio? being cold out has nothing to do with it....oh course it will take a bit longer to warm up, but thats it.

Do you have an aftermarket temp gauge or are you judging that it's warmed up by looking at the stock gauge?
