Stumble at tip-in and between shifts

So i have read a lot over the past few days.

The threads on here have improved throttle tip in and the lean bucking that i get in between shifts.

However; when my car is cold ( as in under the value given to by power FC to add fuel in to the basemap) the car shifts great, throttle responds great, and is pretty rich between shifts (duh)

during this time i can shift through all gears easily without getting the huge clunk and whiplash that i have been getting when the car is warm.

my motor:
dyno tuned
new street ported ( nothing crazy- great vacuum #s)
double throttle removed
UIM removed the double throttle castings.
TPS has the correct values in the PFC

possible causes:
Idle control is connected and works great.?
i removed the injector diffusers for the 550/1600 combo?
NO BOV- because....idk just didn't want one, might get one if i ever crank the boost up. I am running 6psi right now and at the end of the break in period.
(my cheap trackforged manifold holds 6psi at higher rpm too w/ a sysnapse 50wg)

and i have read it every day in the past 4 days, it has helped alot. I used your initial settings and played with it from there.

Your settings were pretty much spot on. i can leave a light with out the car bucking and dying when the clutch engaged and caused some drag on the motor.

less hesitation between shifts but its still there and its still killing me.

However; it drives perfectly when "cold" thats the only kicker for me.

well... changing out the diff bushings to nylon from rx7.com helped it to be 90% better.

but im getting no where with the inj. vs accel settings. at WOT and higher RPMs it shifts great.
trying to hyper-mile with about 4k rpm of turbo lag is where my issue is.
