stuck lower controll arm alignment bolt any tricks to getting it off?

Ive tried using a jack to relive pressure, Ive tried using a punch, I just cant seem to get the last one off any hints?

An air chisel with a tapering tip so it won't mess up the threads. If it's rusty inside the shank make sure you can a wire brush used for plumbing and such and clean most of the rust out.

PB blaster and work it back and forth, it's rusted tight inside the sleeve. Patience and working it....it will come out. Then neversieze it up when re-installing/
