strut tower bar and greddy elbow clearance

ok so i installed my greddy elbow and pipe to connect to the pettit coolchargeII intercooler and where the coupler connects the elbow and pipe it rubs on my strut tower bar. i dont want to keep going through couplers and causing boost leaks.. any tower bar that would clear this joint area?

What kind of strut tower brace do you have? I think cusco bars are a little taller than the stock R1/2 bars.

Greddy elbow and greddy strut bar here and have clearance. Only problem I'm having is the oil cap rubbing on the coupler of the elbow, not too much room there......

fwiw, The coupler on mine just barely touches the strut bar. Car has never been hit. Been holding up fine.

How much contact do you have?

Same here clearnace issues. My idea was to have the underside of the strut tower bar indented a 1/8 of a inch ? that should do it. Other then changing the mounting points of the elbow , I think thats all you can do to help the fit.
