On my FC S4 I had a cycling sound from the rear on braking. It's been so long ago I can't remember if it was similar to your video. After checking a lot of things, it was past time for spark plugs so I changed them and it went away. Evidently the engine running better gave more vacuum and the rear brakes more pressure. Are your plugs close to new? Is your engine running well? I've had spring seats on a car make a squeaking sound before?
