strange odoer by throttle body

has anyone ever experienced kind of a burning odor by the throttle body? any idea what it could be?

There are several "fluids" in that area:

1. Coolant lines into the TB
2. Fuel lines under the TB
3. Oil filter right next to it.

Check the coolant lines first, they tend to get brittle and leak.

can you see any type of smoke when the engine is warm? is your coolant going down slowly? id double check all the fluids mentioned above to see any any are going down particularly fast

I don't have any fluid loss yet sometimes I smell what smells like that burnt fuse smell after firecrackers go off....

Odd. Is that what your smell is reminisent of?
