I'll be driving in the car and from a stop or near stop when i give the car wot i sometimes don't get boost in first gear but when i shift to second and so on i get perfect 12 psi everytime..

 

I was having the same problem. My problem was vaccuum related. Romove the black vaccuum boss infront of your upper intake manifold and check your hoses there. That is most likely where the problem is coming from. One of my hoses had come loose from a white and green check valve. Reconnecting this fixed my problem.
