Stock twins wastegate flapper and precontrol for non.
I have a set of twins that I'm doing a full nonseq setup with before I install them. I get really bad creep right now with my poormans setup, and I want to port the wastegate as large as possible. I want to weld in a bigger door to the flapper. What fits perfectly in there? I've heard of people using a cut valve from a honda engine. Anyone know the details? (what motor/intake or exhaust?)
And with full nonseq, what do you do with the precontrol flapper? I've heard of people cutting the flapper out, some just leave it in and weld the door open, and some weld the door closed. What is the best way?

I some times use the perspool door in the wastegate position and weld up the prespool hole and remove the big flaper door and reshape the area ,weld up the hole where the tube was in the manifold ,ect ect . On some I make a bigger door from SS and install it .I do not think you can double the size of the hole but I have not done the math . My door is 1.38 inch in dia .The prespool door is 1/10 inch bigger than the wastegate door .I do much more work to the turbo irons also .I call this job the Rich Mans Non Seq .
