Can someone give me a simple step by step stock foglight removal guide. I am not concerned with removing the button for it, just the foglights themselves.

 

you will have to reach up inside the front bumper and remove the 2 10mm bolts for each one...then unplug them.

sorry it sounds like a smart *** answer, i'm not meaning for it to be...but each fog light is held in by 2 "studs" that have 10mm bolts on the top side of them...if you look down from beside the hood latch, you might be able to see them...they also hold wiring holders to keep the foglight wires and a few other things from falling down into the opening where the fog light are...

 

Sounds good thanks.. Just dont think the 99 front matches the stock foglights so Im taking them out agree?

 

I have seen a pic of someone on the forum with the original style fog lights on the '99 bumper. I have '99 bumper I plan on putting on next year and would like to keep the fog lights. Since the stock headlights are not so great, the fogs help. I put Silverstars in the headlamps and bigger halogens bulbs in my fogs.
