Assuming there is nothing wrong with the car, why wouldn't it?

My car was originally from Utah but it passed at a shop in Redlands, despite having an aftermarket intake and running rich. The place I took it to was next to the Lowe's on Redlands Boulevard, if you wanted to drive up and try it out there. Good luck, I prayed for it to pass, and, perhaps by the grace of God, it did. Josh
