That's the same one I have. It looks to be the old RSR one but from Pettit. I got mine from Mazdatrix abiut 4years ago and it looks like that but has the stamping on the tips.

Its Most likley an older RB/RSR/Petit (all the same unit) the new RB duals have Longer Larger tips The stock units have FD01 embosed on them and are plain steel not SS. I would also say possibly M2 dual but the tips look too long and the quality of the welds is too good.
