stock engine harness wiring questions

I am installing a 13b-rew into an FC. I need to initially have it run of the stock computer and harness which I have. So far it is looking much easier than I though it would as the factory harness connects to just about everything required to run the engine.

The FSM does a pretty good job of explaining what each and every pin does in refrence to the factory computer.

There are however 2 plugs on the engine harness that would sit inside the car, a blue one with about 12 pins and a white one with about 14 pins which do not directly connect to the stock computer and wire into the car harness somewhere.

Can anyone tell me in mazdaspeek what these connect to?

I'm hoping that I can look each item up in the FSM and get a pin by pin description like what is available for the ECU itself.

Thanks...

Those two connectors connect the engine harness to the main body harness. I do not know if the fsm has any reference to the wiring at the connectors. You will just have to look at the color code on the wires and refer to the wiring diagram. But you need to do this to the fd harness end and the fc harness end and connect the two. I know thats where the engine harness gets some of its power supply and ground supply, but not sure about the rest of the wires. I am pretty sure the cooling temp gauge goes through on of the two connectors.

On the FC harness also has two connectors also, not sure if they plug in or not or if the pin locations are the same.
