Stock BOV question

Stock FD. Is it normal for the BOV valve to vent a little during light throttle? I'm not sure if this is normal or maybe the springs have weakened?

Yes, this is normal. Under slight vaccum , the bov will vent a little boost. If you want to test it, get a MityVac and put it at the factory service manual spec. of vaccum (~8in/hg iirc) to see if it vents.
