Stock Alarm Questions

After searching, I still can't figure out why my stock alarm wont arm. Here is the situation... I recently bought an FD that has no history. It has two sets of keys. One key unlocks the passenger door and glove box. Neither keys open the trunk. The other key open the driverside door and starts the car. When I unlock the driverside door, both doors unlock and when I lock it, they both lock. I've tried holding up the handle and I've tried locking it from the outside, neither work. Also the anti-theft light on my bose radio doesn't flash. Can the stock alarm be disabled with keeping the locking door function? If so, is there a way to reconnect the stock alarm? I feel real uneasy taking the car to work w/o an alarm. Since the car is an automatic, it makes it even easier to steal.

I know I have no post count and I'm a nobody, but I really need the help.

thanks

wen i had my stock alarm all i did was lock the driver side door and it armed.

one key should open everything and the other should jus open the door

maybe its not recognizing ur key, go to ur local mazda dealship and give them ur vin # and get the correct key

Another problem started today, when I made a left turn, my turn signal stopped working, and the hazards came on. Then when I came to the next stop light, they turned off. As soon as I gave it gas they come on again. When I turned the car off at the gas station, then restarted it. The problem went away... until I used the turn signal again. Any clues on this? Something to do with the alarm and trying to get it to work?
