Maybe hesitation? Please be more specific i.e. RPM, Psi, etc.

Need more information.

1. What, if any, mods are on the car?

2. What's your idle vacuum and at what rpm?

3. What's your result from a boost test:

this doesn't happen when i start racing of the first gear only when i shift down i was going about 70 when i shifted down from 5 to 4 felt like turbo was engaging and disengaging i am going to hook it up and test the boost ..... i think it was from 4500-5500 some where in middle i don't look at rpm when i race

idle at 1100

street port
3mm apax
titanium exhaust
high flow cat

check the 1 inch hoses that connect to your BOV and CRV, physically remove and inspect for cracks

Are you on the stock ECU? I had a problem like this a long time ago, and it was related to overboosting, and the stock ecu cutting fuel. It usually happened in 3rd gear + pulls @ low RPM with the primary turbo.

I'd make sure you don't go higher than 12psi for any prolonged period of time, not simply to avoid the fuel cut, but to not damage your engine if you haven't done any fuel mods yet.
