Steering rack bolt torque

What is the torque spec for the 4 bolts that connect the steering rack to the subframe? What about for the endlink to knuckle nuts?

steering rack to subframe - as tight as you can with a small ratchet!
the other one i dont know, similar sort of thing i think.
