Starter works, power to fusebox. Wont turn over with key.

So i basically put it in the title. When i turn the key in the rx7 it won't turn over, click, nothing. I do have power inside the car, and i have tried with my finger manually on the clutch button.

Heres voltage at the fuse box..

Heres the starter getting a nice hard turn when i jump it from the bottom of the car.

Let me know what i can test next or look for on the harness. Thanks

Ignition switch might be bad. Check power continuity for all positions of the switch

^

You could also try bypassing the clutch switch.

It is probably the security system relay under the dash.

I fixed the relay, it turns over now. It seems like its in limp mode. Most sensors aren't plugged in but from what i understand for a pfc this won't matter. I have the 2 engine bay grounds (plus the block grounded to chassis) and the one right next to ecu. I checked them all and they are functioning. I DO have the tps, cas, inj's,ign coils,O2 all hooked up just to see if i can get a start before i make the harness permanent.

The commander reads 220 rpm's, while the tach isn't reading at all.

You have a LOT of errors on the PowerFC you need to address. Many things the car won't start unless it's hooked up.

PIM - that's the MAP sensor, that's showing not hooked up at all.

VMOP - oil metering pump, fine if you're running premix.

WTRT - water temp, you need this for the ECU to run right

AIRT - air temp, same deal, this is a critical input

FUEL - fuel temp, not necessary

Something is WAY wrong with your harness or you have a lot of stuff not hooked up. The ECU needs a number of primary inputs to run right, and you're missing almost all of them.

Yeah I'm not sure why the PIM isn't showing up, its plugged in.
I'm running pre-mix
The water temp plug was accidentally replaced with the wrong plug by the shop who made the harness. I have to call and either send it back to get stuff fixed, or ask for a replacement plug sent to me.
I didn't realize air temp was needed to start so ill plug it in

Edit: I went out there to wiggle the map and see if it would come on, and it did. But then i noticed water temp sensor is getting a reading as well..but theres no water temp plugged in. The fuel temp wires are pinned to water temp in ecu. Now i Have everything hooked up thats necessary. Still no start, it does catch a little bit like it wants to start now though so getting closer every day.
