Standalone fan mod from the Garage

I've done this to the VR 93 some time back and currently installed the same system in my MBM project. It is a Koyo n-1 radiator with two Perma-cool fans on a CSI controller. Very nice, easy to install and clean. An old mod but worth sharing again for those folks fed up with the stock fans and how they are controlled
