Stalls when flogging

my car seems to be in great engine condition. Comp test a month ago was good, clutch seems good, i do get a bit of wheel hop and loud bang if i pop the clutch at 6k into a turn

problem (if this is not normal)

when the car is idling the tach stays level at bout 700-800rpms, if i turn the wheel..move the windows up/down, flip the lights, the idle drops and bounces but levels out after i stop messing with accessories. The concering issue is if i flog the throttle..give it some gas and quickly let off for a few seconds repeatedly, the car will actually bog down and stall out...or the idiot lights will come on and the car will restart itself w/ alot of black/white smoke coming out to start it

only mods
-lightweight flywheel (could this be the issue?)
-downpipe

Id like to find out myself cause i have the same exact problem.

I call it "blip" though. If i blip the throttle repeatedly, like for example coming off a stop sign or a stop light, the car will stall itself out. Like it cant recognize its position in the rpm or something. My guess is TPS but i havent had time to mess with it. Id like to see more input on this before i attack it.

if you raise your idle to 850 - 900rpms does the problem stop?

For the low enigne RPM at idle -> ISC solenoid my friends.. (IDLE SPEED CONTROL ).. the little white and black cylinder on the back of the inlet manifold its suppose to idle up a little when an electrical load is detected. These can become faulty with age. (im not sure if it is related to your other problem?)b ( i think the ISC solenoid can be dissasembled and cleaned and checked)
