That has to be my favorite 7 of all time. I think mazda just needs to bring the 7 back in the 99 spec body style and be done with it. We dont need any other body adjustments. That 1 is perfect!

I would think it would be easier to get one of these legalised in the US than a skyline since the FD was actually sold in the US. Unlike the Skydog GTR which wasn't ?
Also in theory you could swap dashes with a left hooker ? and change all the bits thats are needed for US spec.
And have the world only LHD 99 spec ;-)
