Recently scored a pair of spirit R seats from a friend for a reasonable price, but he refuses to sale me the rails, i have read up people using sakebomb adapters and tried to lookup the product on their website but it seems like its no longer for sale...

Are there any other possible solution? would it work if i just buy normal recaro rails?

Don’t think you can use other rails from Recaro...

One option is Angry Panda from Australia, not sure if they still make replica rails for the RZ/spirit-r seats

I own a set of RZ Recaros with the original slide and tilt rails...and I couldn’t imagine the seats any other way.

Good luck finding a set of original rails...and if you do, you might pay $500 and up per side...

 

Thanks for the reply, I tried looking up angry panda awhile ago, but they are like dead. Even the website is gone with Facebook page not replying lol... price for me really isn’t the issue, it’s more of finding the actual right item which seems impossible lol

 

Was one on yahoo.jp for half a year or so ago. 570USD was the final price i think.
