Speeds up to 4000 rpm and from there, loses power

Hi, I have a rx-7 twin turbo FD3S 1996.

first of all, sorry my English is not very good

I will tell from the beginning.

When I bought the car, it had a problem of acceleration. when I stepped on the accelerator, the rpm down and choked and varied (sometimes until the engine stopped).

But if I accelerated slowly and progressively reached at high rpm smoothly, and when the accelerator is let go, it sounded to the relief valve working.

Unfortunately I take the car to a garage without experience in rotary engines (In my country there are very few rotary Mazda, perhaps less than 20).
They disarmed the car, looking for the problem and they did not find him.

Since the car left the workshop, the relief valve is no longer heard.

I did a test to the ECU and throw an error (Charge Control Solenoid Valve)

Replace the solenoid with a new one, and thought I had solved the problem. BUT, I found the next surprise.

When stepped on the accelerator it is no longer drowned, but arriving at approximately 4000 rpm, loses power and still not hear the relief valve, and the operation of the second turbo.

I've checked the complete vacuum lines, and check the fuel pump, spark plugs, actuators.

and I not know what else could be. any suggestions?
