speedometer and rev gauge
hello...a week ago the speedometer and the rev gauge stopped workin....
i checked the cables behine , disconnected them and connected them again...but nothin!
yesterday it worked again for 2 hours... then i stopped the car and nextx time i turnt it on it stopped workin again!
any idea?
everythin else works ok , (gas , water temp , oil pressure)

Bad connection to the speedo or the line on the bottom of the car is almost coming out but not quite out yet is what i would guess, and you can find where that line or cable goes to in the FSM.

i just had this exact same problem. After the speedo and all wiring to the gauges checked out it turned to be a burned out transistor on the circuit board for the odometer.
I have a bunch of close up pics but they are on another computer. Luckily i had a spare gauge set and all i did was swap the odometer and got all my guages working again. It was also pretty visible to actually see what had failed on the circuit board.

Take out your speedometer. Look under the bottom right hand corner. I just did this to mine and it wasnt working because i have 4 blown resistors, and a blown transistor. You can tell because the top of the circuit board will be burnt around where it is connected.
