First question is WTF HAPPENED?
Did it get jump started backwards?
That said, those are Zener diodes and have pretty specific values. So you'll need to read the markings on those and source replacements.
One other thing, when you solder them in, they are polarized and you'll need to pay attention to get them oriented correctly.

My friend told me i coud jumpstart my car by puting jumpleads to the dials lol
Na i thort they were all that bad wen they pop
I found it to be the earth from the enginebay the 1 on the plenum to bulkhead burnt out and took out the dials but it never went straight away slowly the rpm started bouncing then speedo stoped then milage display vanished its not easy trying to guess how fast ur going with speed cams about
I have got the capasitors and a standerd zenner diod 5w i think ive got but not put anything in yet im waiting to see if any 1 nos the actual values for parts or part number i need

Previously I had looked at those pictures on my iPhone, but now that I'm looking at them on a desktop, I'll be surprised if changing out the worst looking components will get you going.
I'd expect that a close examination will reveal some burnt traces on the board, and the current it took to do the obvious damage will probably have killed one or more ICs in the circuit.
Have you looked into getting a replacement cluster?
You may be able to find an electronics repair shop locally that could evaluate this for you, also there are companies online that offer ECU repairs and may be able to tackle something like this.

So i replaced 3 capasitors 1 was actualy not working had no uf out of it
The other 2 i replaced even tho they were reading fine. after all that still no joy i will most like go with what you have mentions above new dials or at least a new speedo as i will be manuly wiring up the tacho as soon as i find out how to lol
I no the tach is still working i pulsed it with 12v i just need to find a way to get it to work now of the motec m2r
I put direct wires to the tacho hanging down so i wont need to take it out again for now.
Tacho ground possible wiring
1 ground top middle and the lower 2 im thinking they are the duel rpm signal not sure tho all it shows in wiring diagram is the control unit.
For the moment i have a sat nav for speed untill i find out a way to get another speed cluster
