Speedo board repaired - now issue related to buzzer

Hi All
Hoping that someone can help me with speedo board issue:

History: My screen died on my speedo, i sent the cluster to a guy who said he had experience working on them - he replaced all the capacitors and converted from miles to kph as i requested. The repair was unsuccessful and he went on to change other parts which didnt work and i think may be the cause of the current issue.

I then sent it to michael gagne who was very helpful and fixed the mess by the previous repair who created a short in the kph / mph area, the cluster returned with speedo and screen all working.

I went for a test drive with working speedo etc... but my coolant light and buzzer was going off after pulling away. I assume it was a sperate issue and chased my tail on it for the past few weeks to isolate it back to the speedo board as i got a loan of one and swapped it out.
Michael is taking some time away from repairing these and im trying to see if i can work out whats the issue.

Does anyone have any in depth knowledge of these board and can point me the direction of the area that controls the buzzer. Also the buzzer does not sound on idle - only when driving / pulling away

That's an odd one. The coolant buzzer is controlled by CPU 2 and it seems weird that any issue with the speedo would cause a situation where the buzzer sounds only when driving.

You might be able to look at the electrical manual and trace the connections from CPU2 to the gauge cluster. That would give you a starting point to then follow the leads on the gauge cluster board.
