Specific question about missing secondary boost

I've had no secondary boost for a week now so I decided to begin the typical testing on hoses, actuators etc. I have found nothing out of the ordinary, CCA seems to be working properly, and vacuum chamber is pressurized.

boost pattern is 10-0-0 and at 4,500 rpms a loud screeching noise is heard (kinda like a bird). Im guessing the boost is being leaked out but can't seem to find where.

ive checked http://www.autosportracetech.com and searched the forum. Seems many people have problem with the turbo control actuator. But mine seems to be working.

Anyone heard of a loud screeching noise of boost?

It shouldnt be that hard to find, because you have primary boost, 2 things to have a look at.
1) The secondary turbo Y pipe where it bolts to the turbo (make sure nuts are tight and the gasket is good.
2)The 2nd thing to check is the charge relief valve and the solenoid and associating pipe work to this vavle.

Sounds like you got a leak in the secondary system to me and if the charge releif isnt closing when the charge control acuator is opening then all the boost is leaking out of the relief valve or the seconday compressor Y pipe.

Ive checked the nuts and bolts on the Y-pipe but will tighten some more. Also I tested the charge relief and it seemed to hold pressure. I have another one I will swap out and take a drive. Everything looks to be routed to solenoid H properly.

Any other areas to focus on?

Ok then T piece into the charge releif vacuume line with a vacuum/boost gauge and confirm that you have vacuum when the engine is running then when your secondary comes online the vacuume should drop back to zero meaning the charge releif is closed (if this all happens ok then your charge releif solenoid is fine), if this dont make sense tell me,
