Hi people, I have owned a WRX with 190Kw at the wheels and have a Subaru Foretser XT at the moment. What I am getting at is that I am new to the RX7 and dont know much about them. I have always loved the look of them and am thinking about buying myself a toy and letting the Forester be the family car instead of doing that up to much.

Hopefully you can help me out in my research:
What do the series 6 RX7 do 0-100Kmph (0-60Mph) in, in stock form?
What 1/4 mile time would they do stock?
Are the series 7 and series 8 the same or quicker?

Please refer to the FAQ thread and other stickied threads, the archive sub-forum, and the search function for general questions.

The newer series are slightly faster as they have less exhaust restriction and ran a tad more boost. None of which is important unless you plan on keeping it bone stock.
