Spec of Flange Nut for Rear sway bar to endlink

(Sorry I stole the picture from purerx7's coilover DIY post)

Can someone tell me the exact spec for the nut, especially the thread pitch? I completed rounded the 14mm nut, so I am looking to replace the nut once I figure out how to remove them... I believe it is M10-1.25p but I am not 100% sure. Can someone confirm that? I also rounded the nut on the other side of the swaybar that you grab to prevent the bolt from spinning, any recommendation on what I can do there?

Thank you in advance for any help~

Joseph

I usually carefully grind down a spot on the nut and once it's thin try to crack it right there with a hammer and chisel. But, you have to have enough room to work. If there's not enough room you may have to remove the suspension arms so you can drop everything down to get to it.

If you don't have an electric grinder already, it's a tool that can get you out of a lot of jams.

Try using some valve grinding compound and a standard size socket, or something that is a tighter fit. The grinding compound will help bite onto the nut...
