A better picture would be helpful.

At least one electrode looks worn down, they look to have some miles on them. Seems like the cars AFRs may be on the lean side a bit (which at cruise/idle etc isn't a bad thing) but with that picture it's hard to tell.

your plugs need to be change but looks pretty normal. and the crap on the last picture is oil, so check for an oil leak somewhere on the drive side. i'm guessing the oil pressure sending unit or the oil filter pedestal. I would look at those places first or just follow the oil slush trail.
