spark plugs???

there are two types of plugs for rotary, right?

upper (white tips) and lower(red tips)

please correct me if im wrong, im intalling new plugs tonight.

and does the anti freeze on the plugs really work. cuz i cracked two plugs on the way out because they were so tight. and almost stripped one.

PLEASE USE THE SEARCH FUNCTION! This has been covered ad-fricking-nauseum, including recently. It's also in the FAQ thread. It's also in the user manual. And in the factory service manual.

If you are stock or only mildly modded, run the stock heat ranges -- 7 in the leading (bottom), 9 in the trailing (top). If you are more modded, you will want to run 9s at all four positions.

And yes, you should use anti-seize.

Though there are Two Different Types of Plugs Used for The engine..they are classed By Heat Range(not color)..Upper Plugs are called Trailing plugs and the Lower plugs are Called Leading Plugs...and it is NOT ANTI FREEZE!..it is a substance called "anti-sieze",that is used on the threads of the Spark plugs.This "anti-seize" compound allows Easier removal of the Sparkplugs.(use sparingly)

don't over tighten the plugs. it can be bad for the housings. i've never had to use antiseize lubricants
