spark plug conditions need advise

hi guys,

here are the picture of my heat range 10.5 iridium plugs.
they are Denso remarked HKS plugs and model number is IRE031.
i'm running 4 pcs of 10.5

story is ... when i'm running with these... my car gives horrible petrol un-burnt chemical smell ... but power pulls all the way to 8K (ignoring my stuttering problem).

took them out.... replaced them with BUR8EQ and BUR9EQ. my idle smells so much better and cleaner... although still have quite amount of unburned fuel smell.

anyone on the line here can see if my car is running hell rich... or what sort of information we can tell from these worn plugs...

i think i have around 3000 KM on them....from the last full day track day... few months back.

the picture with white cloth wrapping it is trailling (top plugs). the one with my bare hands are leading (bottom plugs).

hope someone can tell me stories about it...BIG pictures... enough resolution for anything

Those plugs are way too rich for your setup.
I am making about 390whp and run NGK B9EGVs.

You need to get rid of the ECU and get a PFC which is tuneable.
You are running way too rich.
With my PFC, my plugs come out very clean and so is the exhaust.

Advice? Use the stock heat range plugs for your current configuration.

does it mean that clean = lean ?

PFC is above budget. every session tuning cost 200 USD in my country.
most likely i'm going to get a AFC to down tune my fuel settings..

assessing if my stuttering at high end can be solved by a AFC...

then one shot will solve 2 of my problem.

thanks for the advise.. at least it's running way too rich.. and it's not lean.... my seals are still safe...

i just slotted in BUR8EQ and BUR9EQ...
will check in a few months time... got a track day next month,

sometimes maybe because i did not drive hard all the time.... carbon clog up badly...
maybe i'll dump in a bottle of carbon cleaning agent to blast those **** out....

if the plugs are so black.... and can't believe what will look like in the engine and ports...

is it safe to pour those concentrated carbon cleaner ? i was thinking 2 bottle in one tank of fuel to clean it more efficiently.
