Sounds like a Leak...is it??

After 5 years of trouble free running this one has got me scratching my head a bit so let me give you the basics..streetport stock twins boosting 1 bar on a freeway at night when...
1 After a little 3rd gear boost my idle started pulsing when we stopped at a light, motor revving between 2-2500 rpm, next day we performed a compression test readings were 6.5 on all faces (my buddy may have put the tester in the wrong side so lower reading?)
all the chugs sounded consistent,my vacumn still reads about 12 that it always has.
2 My pfc had reverted back to the 550 Injector setting on its own I have had 850,s running for over a year so we reset the pfc to 850,s and 1600,s and set about re tuning the car not before going over all the vacumn lines, and found about 5 leaks, thinking that I had fixed it went to tune and could hear a audible leak when getting into boost.
3 Ok I missed something so back to the drawing board and thats where I am now looking for a leak that is tough to locate.Should I be looking for something else?also there is no boost at all,nothing... when there was strong boost when we were tuning, thanks in advance.

Since you are running a FMIC check all your cuplers and y-pipe make sure all the clamps are tight.

Thanks, checked and turned inside out to look for leaks.
I,m wondering if it is mechanical possibly the wastegate or one of the actuators being stuck.

You check the hoses connected to them for cracks?

A little update...I,m no closer to finding my problem so dont be shy about suggestions however the wastegate and turbo pre control solenoids on the uim both have a wire broken off i just read if I disconnect them the pfc defaults to 7psi so I will do this tomorrow to eliminate that possibility.
Could this be my problem of ZERO BOOST?
Also
The top bolt on the uim is threaded so I,m relying on the other 4 would for now not good but.. the triangular rubber gasket between throttle body and elbow has a small part missiing.
What is amazing is how this thing ran at all,and how quickly one little problem one top of another little problem compuonds the issue
