Sound Dampening Interior or Doors? Tips or Advice needed

Guys, I need some help here...

The "plastic" sound of the door panels when I am listening to music / driving with music off over bumps, drives me crazy.

I was thinking about buying dynomat to coat the inside of the door panels (the foam mold), but I have been reading about some kind of sound dampening material that can be spread on like a thick jelly?

Anyways, I would love to hear peoples thoughts / experiences with this issue because it is driving me crazy. I love to listen to my music while I drive but when I hear rattling and plastic things buzzing away, it is almost unbearable.

Reattaching the crash bars generally helps:

I'm not sure what you mean by the buzzing plastics though. Did someone reattach your door skin and not use all the clips?

I just added Dynamat Extreme to the inner and outer door skins. It made a noticeable difference and only added about 3lbs per door. I used about 2.5 of the 18"x32" sheets for both doors.

Amazon has a very good price for the bulk pack w/ free shipping!
