ive never had a problem with my fd's clutch but with other cars ive owned with hydraulic clutch's these where the problems associated with your symptoms.

im guessing either the clutch master cylinder is leaking or bypassing pressure, slave cylinder is leaking, clutch flex hose is leaking, or the pedal bushings is worn or missing

i hope this helps

I second that....
Probably the clutch master or slave. Change them as a PAIR. If the clutch master goes bad then it can conatminate the slave and it will fail shortly after.

I change them in pairs often as well. When one goes bad, the other seems to shortly. Get the car off the ground and have someone operate the pedal while you look in through the inspection plate under the trans. You should be able to see what is going on.

Could also be a broken clutch fork...

What should I see through the inspection plate under the car? To know whether or not its messed up
If it is the master cylinder, where's the best place get a new master and slave?
If its the fork then what do u need to replace to fix that?

first do a visual inspecion of your clutch pedal and the assembly. pm mahjik. he has a decent diagram of what things should look like. it will come in handy if its just a broken clutch fork
