I was replacing the coolant and on the second jug, I used my thumb to punch through the seal and I tore off the foam thing, but i guess I didn't get all of it because as I was pouring it in, I saw some in the funnel catch the light and go down into the filler neck.

I stopped pouring immediately, so I thought it couldn't have gotten too far and I pulled off the hose that goes from the filler neck to the radiator and drained it, but wasn't there....

Where could it have gone and what can happen if I don't find it? THanks,
