something weird is going on

I just bought a power fc and while driving one day the car was fine then i stopped grab a bite to eat, then i went back to start the car and nothing it would not turn over so i clutch started it and drove it over to my house but while driving i noticed the boost gauge and boost controller were off, they was no power going to them. i checked on of my fuses and it was blown so i replaced it and the car started and then the fuse blew again then all of a sudden a wire under the dash melted a little bit. i now i cant get a tune because of the boost controller is out and i checked every fuse and relay in the car to try to get them back on and its dirving me crazy.

I'd check to make sure that any wires you cut installing the PFC aren't shorting or than the harness wires you tapped into installing the boost controller aren't causing a short. There is a short somewhere, it just is a pain to find it. Get a copy of the wiring diagram and start tracing wires connected to the fuse that keeps shorting.

I hate that type of thing, but there really isn't anything else you can do.
