some wild stuff... and some questions

this is my first post on here, ive always loved rex's.. but for the longest time i wanted a supra... 20K is about the most ill be able to pull togeather, so ive been looking into 7's. ive learned a few things from reading these boards and other sites... i dont own a 7, but i know they arnt the most reliable car on the planet, granted you take car of it.. after so long a rotary is gonna have problems. my main question is, what can be done to keep these problems from happening? is it common to "rebuild" the rotarys?.. ive seen lots of people that are hardcore into playing with them and everything. if i get one, i just want it to be reliable.. and worry about the rest later.... now, after that.. i figured you guys would like this...........

i said i liked supra's.. i didnt know if you guys had seen this yet or not. SP engineering did this job, the car is the companys owner from what i understand.

yea, its a supra engine, with some massive 3037 turbo's.. its in the new turbo magizine too... heres an article.

does anyone know if the hood on that thing can close??? i have seen it in mags and it looks like if there was a hood and it was not modded, it does not look like it would be able to close with those intake horns sticking up.

Look closely at the underside of the hood in the top picture, you can see there that they did modify the hood. They raised the middle and a little on the sides to make it work.

That car does give me an idea though, I'll have to research something to see if it would work. (no, im not talking about swapping engines to something else)
