Some questions quickly boost, ignition, and fans

Alright so I read a bunch of searches and and 2 or three came pretty close to what sounds liek my problem. I figure it probably is the 2 Turbo control solenoids. But just to make sure here is my boost problem. Now I really shouldnt be going past 4000 but I just had to know. Today I went out onto the high way and started in first gear. Boost pattern was 11 -10-10 haha, yay for manual boost cotrollers. BUT, it seems that when I shifted into the next gear my boost would not go back up but I dont thik it hit 0 psi (like the other threads described). ....it just wouldnt rise and there was a loud squeel that sounded like the turbos....if I stepped on and off on the gas a couple of times the boost would come back pretty quick. So is it the turbo control solenoid or might it be something else? Its a newly rebuilt engine and I did all the new vacuums hoses my self very carefully.

My second question is, how do I mount or modify a TII rx-7 primary ignition coil? I'm about to buy one because I think mine is fried becasue I get little back fires at the beginning of start up..though she turns on very easily. But it does feel like it isn't gettin all the power it should...and it also seems like its not burnnin all the gas it should be. Though I do have an after market high flow pump.

My third question is about my fans. I did the fan mod a while back when I installed my koyo. Today though the fans wouldn't turn on at all when I hit the switch I checked all the connections just to make sure and they were all fine....the fans werent burned out becasue I hooked up a 12v source and ground to them and they worked juuuuuuuuussst fine! So could it be the releys are fried for some reason?

Current mods for refrence:
Dp
CB
pulley
Nippon denso high flow pump
Intake
no A/C
MBC
Relocated battery
silicone vacuum hoses
stock ecu
