I remember my first FD, back when i was 16. Now im searchin for a R-1 or R-2 model right now. Sigh...so many to choose from! The insurance and payments killed me on my first one. Im now 18, and still searchin and owning them. Cant go wrong, if it aint a rotor it aint a motor.

I'm 22 now and I pay maybe 1300 ish a year for both my civic and the FD (comprehensive too
)so i guess my point is to stay away from cops and tickets and it wont be so bad.
My first car that I bought out of school was a 79 first gen that I sold years later with over 400k original miles and was still running just fine. Since then, I have been through 3 more. I even sold my domestic to help finance the last one. By the way, how many pistons would it take to actually hang a rotor? How much horsepower does your LS 1 has? If you are gonna hang it out there, give some numbers.
I know this race is not against a 7 but this just shows you how reliable an LS1 motor is
